This session was one of those photo shoots that reminds me why I fell in love with photography in the first place.  We had great light, an awesome couple, gorgeous shoes, and just the right amount of wind.  Expecting parents Brea and Cy drove down from Seattle for their maternity session, and they could not have picked a more beautiful day!  These are  just a few of my favorites from the session,  but there are many more where these came from!

I am so excited that the Sewing for Boys book I photographed will be coming out in just under 8 weeks!  We are starting to see a number of magazines and press pick up the book, and it is very exciting to see my pictures in the press!  I thought I would share a few of the pages that have come out recently.  If you have little boys of your own, make sure to pick up a pre-order copy of this book that will be out in late August/early September!  Karen and Shelly, the authors, have put so much energy, creativity, and heart into this book and I know you will love the patterns
