One of our most popular items is the Pre-Purchase Option for our Collections. By using this, you are able to customize a collection to suite your specific portrait needs while also receiving an added savings on the price of your collection. PORTRAIT POLICIES AND COPYRIGHT
The Children's Session fee is $225 and pays for the time and artistic vision. Proofs do not come with the session. Print and product prices are separate from session fees.

Your session fee includes:
-An initial consultation via phone, email, or in person
-Up to 2 hours of coverage on your session date
-Post-session image preparation; this averages about 4-5 hours per session
-A viewing session appointment for ordering purposes
-Studio Christy personal consultation with the professional lab to achieve the highest quality images presented to you

In order to hold your appointment, a $75 deposit is required to reserve your session. The remainder of your session fee must be received within 7 days before your scheduled portrait session. The money is non-refundable but we will reschedule if needed. Should payment not be received in this time frame, Studio Christy reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your portrait session if you must reschedule. If the weather is not agreeable on the day of the session, we will gladly reschedule to another day.

Re-shoots are at the discretion of the photographer and are not given for regretful personal choices such as hair and clothing choices. There is a travel fee of $1 per mile outside of 25 miless from the showroom in Portland, OR. Fifty miles round-trip from the showroom is included with every session.

Studio Christy accepts cash, checks, and Visa/Mastercard. Personal checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be charged a $25 service change and all orders will be cancelled if they are not paid in full within three days of notification. * By checking this portrait agreement I am agreeing that I have fully read, understand, and agree to all of the above.
Images will be available approximately 14 days after your portrait session and will be presented to you at an ordering session at our showroom in Portland, OR. It is at this time you will make your portrait selection, and place your order. Please understand that your order session will be taken at this appointment. We encourage you to bring other family members to the ordering session to place your orders since this will be the only time the images will be available for viewing.

Payment of any order is due in full when you place your order. All orders placed during the ordering session will be ready for you 2-3 weeks after your payment is received (and checks cleared). Canvases and specialty items may take up 4-6 weeks.

All images are kept on file for 10 days from the date of your ordering session. After this date, all images are archived and there is a $45 fee on additional orders. If you purchase a Collection at your ordering session, you will have 30 days to place your image selection before your images are archived. After 30 days there will be a $45 fee to take the images out of archival.

All orders will be reviewed at the ordering session and a signature required stating that the order is approved by you. After this, all sales are final. There are no returns on prints or products, no exceptions.

Any retouching beyond the basic retouching we automatically do (small facial scars, blemishes, eye circles) will be charged a fee of $50 per hour. This includes braces, removal of logo/words on shirts, etc.

Copyright:
The Federal Copyright Law protects copyright. It is unlawful to copy or scan images without permission of the photographer. Even though the pictures may be of you and or your child, Studio Christy owns the copyright to the images.

In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, order any image produced at this portrait session.

The photographer (Studio Christy) retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc.

Clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by Studio Christy for any purposes. Likewise, clients cannot authorize any reproductions of the image for commercial use, personal use, for photographic competition or display.

This includes scanning of work on printing and scanning machines at local stores (such as Wal-mart, Walgreen's, CVS, Costco, etc.), or on home printers and scanners. Violators will be prosecuted.

No other camera or equipment other than the photographer's is allowed at the photo session. * By checking this portrait agreement I am agreeing that I have fully read , understand, and agree to all of the above. I hereby consent that the photographs taken and presented by this photographer may be used by Christy Rimrodt, for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website or publication to promote the studio/her. I also agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof.
